I need a job. I am so upset with scammy-type jobs that I could scream. Oh wait, I already have.
It should be illegal for companies to have such high turnover rates. Some companies advertise for receptionist or management positions that are really sales positions. They get people in for about a week and have them market to their friends and family overpriced knock-off products, and when the person realizes how ridiculous the job is they quit. These companies advertise every week because some have 90-100% turnover rates.
Phishing scams should be banned as well. "Jobs" are posted online, but the information the seeker provides isn't used for the hiring process, its sold to other scammers. Bullshit I say!
These fake jobs clog up the posting boards, making it harder for job seekers like me to find real positions. In a time when there are at least 100+ applicants to every legitimate position, these fake postings get people's hopes up only to be dashed later. Its awful, and whoever does it should be ashamed and just kill themselves now to remove their awful manipulative genes from the already-polluted pool.

Haters Calm Your Shit!
I am so sick of so many people hating on Lady Gaga. People are spending hours trying to fill the message boards with GaGa hate for no good reason. What I want to know is if you hate her so much why do you insist on thinking about it for so long. Jeez, spend time on things you like and let the people who like GaGa like her.
What really perplexes me is people who love Miley Cyrus but hate Lady GaGa. I am not a fan of Miley, but I don't go to message boards about her and hate on her. I like GaGa because I respect her. Miley has gone through the tried-and-true program Disney uses to create pop stars for profit. Since she was a little girl, she has been surrounded by people who know the music industry in and out, know what will be popular, and know how to execute plans to create stardom. I respect GaGa because she grew up like the rest of us in her generation, listening to our parent's music and dancing around in huge T-shirts. Her dance moves remind me of what I used to do in the mirror when I was little and pretending to be famous. Musically she is trained far beyond the typical pop star, she learned the piano at 4 and was writing ballads before she hit the double digits. On top of that, she went to a performing arts school and perfected her craft.
Unlike Miley, who was told how make it big, GaGa figured it out for herself and made herself into the woman she wanted to become. That type of will power is so uncommon in this day in age. She is not a copycat, she has influences just like all other performers. I was lucky enough to see her live in Denver, and even though it was excruciatingly hot and thick inside she danced and SANG her way through the entire performance. She should give Britney Spears a lesson on how to sing and dance at the same time.
Haters, quit saying she's ugly, because she is beautiful and knows how to work her face to the best advantage. People who call her fat are ridiculous, she probably weighs about 90 pounds, in real life she is tiny. But the comments that piss me off the most are the ones that say she is only providing new fodder for drag queens to emulate. First of all, drag queens are fabulous and if you can't recognize that then you have deeper ignorance problems. Second, you can't blame a star for who her fans are. GaGa knows who she is, she is expressing herself, not pandering to a demographic like the Disney Pop-Production line.
The short of it: If you don't like GaGa, shut up and go comment on the shit you do like.
